How does ODAT fit?
Oversized by design. The Pump Cover and Box Hoodie are boxy with dropped shoulders, and the Baggy Sweats have a straight, wide leg with an open hem. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for a closer fit. See the Size & Fit guide.
When will my order arrive?
Everything is made to order. Pump Covers and Box Hoodies usually arrive in about 1–2 weeks. Baggy Sweats take longer, usually about 2–3 weeks. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Different pieces are made by different production partners, so they can ship separately. You'll get tracking for each package.
Can I return or exchange?
Because every piece is made to order, we don't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away. We can change or cancel orders that haven't gone into production yet.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We ship to U.S. addresses only for now.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Any import duties are paid before your order ships.
How should I wash it?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't bleach, dry clean or iron over the print or embroidery. The Pump Cover is garment-dyed, so wash it with similar colors for the first few washes. Always follow the care label inside your piece.
